Hello : problem with my email job notification

Hi everyone

I'm not able to receive job notification with my email account...

if someone know how I can resolve this problem, I'll be very happy

I have just checked your mail monitor and discovered that notifications to your email account have been leaving ProZ.com servers, http://www.proz.com/?sp=mail_monitor .

In this case I would suggest you to check if emails from ProZ.com are not being added to your Spam box or contact your email provider to ensure that all messages sent from ProZ.com are being "white-l... See more

In this case I would suggest you to check if emails from ProZ.com are not being added to your Spam box or contact your email provider to ensure that all messages sent from ProZ.com are being "white-listed" and that they are not having any temporary email delivery problems.

Also, while awaiting for a provider's reply, you might wish to change your primary email account for your secondary one for a while (note: an alternative email address should be from another email provider).

If this does not help please submit a support request, http://www.proz.com/support/ , and report the issue. Please describe steps you take to resolve the issue as it will help to look further into the issue. Thanks!
