I think this topic has rarely been talked about. Doesn't such a topic deserve to be more explored?

What exactly do you mean? Marketing and advertising? Discounts and promotions (Buy now 20% off! Buy 10 get 1 free! Etc.)? Or something else entirely?

How do the sale teams in an LSP work? How are the sales representatives compensated? And things like that.

Anything related to translation sales will be interesting.

Why would it be any different to any other sales team? Marketing team unearthing prospects to feed the sales funnel, prospects found handed off to sales representatives for closing. Sales representatives are often compensated by a base salary plus percent commission.

Many LSPs work by bidding on major multi-year tenders covering millions of words in multiple language pairs, for multinational corporations or government departments.
