I think it would be a good idea to book our dinner earlier, say around 20:00. That's closer to a European time, and will definitely allow leaving on the last train after a little bit of "sobremesa". I'll have to take this train BTW, my girl's flying early on Monday.

It was great meeting some of you at the dinner, sorry I couldn't make it to the powwow but my son was invited to a birthday party on Friday, and I couldn't get free until almost 7 p.m. Hope to make it to the next powwow!

....compared with other powwows I have attended. But perhaps that will have suited people better who feel that powwows are too informal - We msut cater for every taste in this life, huh?
I enjoyed meeting you all and I am sorry I had to dash away from the meal. My wife had a temperature and was coping alone with our whirlwind of a five year old daughter.
Hope to see many of you again on site and in person... See more ....compared with other powwows I have attended. But perhaps that will have suited people better who feel that powwows are too informal - We msut cater for every taste in this life, huh?
