Great instructor Apr 8, 2011

The instructor is wonderful! New to Wordfast last year, I had an emergency at 3am EST and found Paolo Sebastiani's name and contact information on Proz and contacted him in Europe. He was easy to reach and was able to guide me through all my problems/questions through Skype calls. He was readily available and very helpful - I highly recommend his services! I look forward to this course.

Being obliged to used Wordfast Pro for an agency, it makes things much clearer after your training. Your explanations were very clear. However, I must get very familiar with this CAT Tool, that is not so easy to work with when you do not have Wordfast logics (for instance, the "create project" was not at all obvious and logical for me). The training guided me to the basic use of Wordfast and one thing that is most appreciable Paolo is available through Skype for any question we may have further ... See more
