This is a question for all those who have tried multiple CAT tools for Japanese to English translation. Which CAT tool is your favorite? I've tried OmegaT, but I dislike that it does easily offer merging/splitting of segments.
Thank you.

What do your clients use? Feb 17

I use Phrase (90%?) and Trados (10%?) because these are the only CAT tools that my clients have requested that I use.

If you are free to use whatever package you like, I would take a look at CafeTran.

Regards,
Dan

Favorite CAT tool Feb 18

Hi Samuraidog,
I have been using some free as MATECAT, Wordfast, also 10 years ago I bought Fluency 2013. Nowadays I use CafeTran since I got a prize 2 years ago.
It's very comfortable for me to use, and I've gotten the hang of it.

Greetings from Mexico,
Lourdes
