Half of the time when I logged in, I would ask the questions to the staff for a solution. Though I have never met him before online, I truly believe that like all the other ProZ staff, Justin would be a good guy!

A big part of our job is finding the right word... but mankind hasn't find yet an appropriate word to describe how we all feel in a situation like this.
I never meet him, but his face and smile really gave me a good feeling and a sense of peace.

I posted one query which was said to have been referred to Justin. That was it and have never directly interacted with him but ofcourse, my problem was resolved.
When I saw his name and photo on the home page, I was shocked to learn that he was just 22 and that he died in an accident - a person whose name is still in my mail box.
I express my condolences to his family.
